Regards section 15 of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 (Amusements with Prizes) we advise the following to allow your event to be classified as an exempt entertainment for which no licence is required:-

1. You include another inducement for people to attend the event such as bar, disco, food, raffle, award ceremony, exhibition, fete, sporting event, talk or any other similar entertainment/feature.

2. Proceeds after deducting expenses go to charitable/club causes not private gain.

3. Only casino chips or fun money can be bet at the tables. Under no circumstances should real money be used.

4. Prizes other than cash should be awarded to the participants with the highest fun money at the end of the event.

5. We have several different tables, designs and sizes to fit according to the venue, guest and events budget. The photographs provided are of tables that we have supplied or used and are provided as examples on this web site of the type of quality we have available.
